Did you see that laser cut off Pauls fingers?

What a great night we had in Rhyl again last night, pissing rain and freezing cold winds kept some away but not all and we thank you all who made it for that.
Last night was interesting, for the first time ever we played with 2 line-ups, the regular every day Eye Licker line-up that everyone has known for some time and Eye Licker 2020 with Rob on vocals and new guy Steve Sty Jones on bass, Welcome mate.
Sty (2nd from left in the image below) walked into the practice room with 5 of our songs in the bag and ready to go and we've been flying since, He played a blinder last night and as a hindsight, I wish we saved a few more to play at the end.
you can see a video of the song here

So this weekend starts early, on Friday to be exact, on our first ever trip abroad for gigs, it's not something we really thought about until we thought about it, then we wanted to do it, and now it's happening and we're doing it with our great mates from Kringer and the Battle Katz who flew out early to do touristy stuff, we'll be doing ours after the gigs, it's going to be mint.

Last run of gigs for 2019

Last run of gigs for us this year, unfortunately we can't fit anymore in due to unforgiving work schedules, thank you to everyone who has been in touch about gigs, we will make it up to you next year

The quiet before the storm

We've had a quiet time lately, no gigs planned till next month, there's almost a quiet reflection going on but we've been working on new material and preparing for band life after Paul. We're also still deciding on whether our next release will be an ep or a full length but the new stuff sounds rabid as fuck. Finally, our trip to Poland is coming up quickly and our buds in Kringer and the Battle Katz and ourselves are all really excited about it since it's our first time playing abroad, September is going to be epic

Vocals

As you know our Paul is sadly leaving us at the end of the year and while we are all sad at his decision we respect and understand this is where he is at, at a time in his life where he is ready to move on.

Our thoughts are to try and bring a vocalist in early so that we can get them 100% up to speed between now and the end of the year and take over after Paul has handed the mic over.

So thats where we are up to, we are looking for a vocalist, if anyone is interested then please get in touch either on Facebook or the contact page on this site.

We practice in Salford, usually every Wednesday and Sunday unless we have a gig that weekend
